Guided by deep empathy and a strong calling to heal and help, I’ve dedicated over 15 years to non-profit work and counseling. I’ve had the privilege of working with adults from a wide range of backgrounds, personalities, careers, and life challenges. My approach to mental wellness is grounded in honoring each person’s unique experiences while supporting their ability to shape a future that aligns with who they are and what they want. In our sessions, you can expect a thoughtful mix of theory, real-world application, and practical tools—all designed to empower you. I understand that growth often comes with a wide range of emotions, and my goal is for you to leave each session feeling hopeful, supported, and grounded.

Throughout every season of my life, I’ve been a participant, an observer, and a curious learner. I genuinely want to engage with people, understand their stories, and continue learning about what it means to be human. My passion for life and humanity has led me to this work, and I’m committed to helping others find themselves, their direction, and their joy.

I was born in East Texas and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. After graduating from The University of New Mexico, I packed up my fiery red car and headed for Dallas—driven by an adventurous spirit and an instinct I knew better than to ignore. I later earned my master’s degree from Dallas Baptist University. In my free time, I enjoy being with friends and family, learning new things, exploring fresh experiences, serving my clients, and volunteering with my local church.
